REFUND POLICY
RETURNS POLICY
Moerveda Pvt. Ltd do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case-by-case basis and we are always endeavor to help our customers to the best of our ability. The genuine cases of missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) , leakage and damage will be taken into consideration and money will be refunded within 7 working days.
For the replacement or product related issues, Customer should inform us within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).
All claims for damage and/or shortages must be reported to customer service at support@moerveda.com on the day of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellation policy applicable for Moerveda Pvt Ltd and hence the Orders once placed through our website(www.moerveda.com) cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made by Moerveda Pvt Ltd.
